Responsibilities

Prepare and/or review complex business and individual returns and/or perform financial statement compilationsPrepare and/or review client special projects such as budgeting and cash flow projectionsDevelop effective working relationships with clients to provide innovative accounting, tax planning, consulting, and/or compliance solutionsAbility to identify and research tax and accounting issues, develop resolutions and prepare written conclusionsAbility to effectively manage and schedule deadlines Assist with the developing, training, and mentoring of staff and interns

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 150 credit hours that qualify towards pursuit of a CPA Progress towards completion of a CPAA minimum of three years of experience in a public accounting firm Ability and willingness to travelProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to learn firm technology, present and future

Preferred Qualifications:

Involvement and participation with community and business related organizationsCPA certification

Hours Of Operation:

Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday  We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
