What You'll Be Doing
Lead the accurate and timely closing of General Ledgers monthly, quarterly, and annually
Analyze and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple business units
Manage Profit Center/Cost Center accounting and SAP CO module closing for assigned locations
Lead projects to optimize systems, current processes, and future business integrations
Prepare and analyze inventory and product costing reports
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with various functions within the Shared Services Center
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4-8 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment
Cost Accounting/manufacturing industry experience
Advanced proficiency in large ERP system and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference for SAP and Blackline experience
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office
Office setting with occasional visits to production sites
