Key Responsibilities: + Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. + Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. + Oversee general ledger activities, including the accuracy of account balances and reconciliations. + Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by collaborating with cross-departmental teams. + Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary schedules and documentation. + Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems. Requirements + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + Experience: 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior-level role. + Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP. + Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
