PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $76,800 – $96,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Coordinate with financial reporting, unit, and subsidiary management in the preparation and review of monthly financial results and annual financial statements Execute strategies and standards related to accounting policy, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, budgeting, and financial systems and controls. Support the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes Coordinate annual plan and projection process, provide insightful review of year-over-year changes, and recommend areas of focus to improve operating margins Research accounting literature to determine the appropriate accounting treatment for transactions as they arise More about you Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general accounting role; large multi-national company or hospitality industry experience is a plus Solid understanding of GAAP and expertise in driving continuous improvement and business process management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general ERP experience Certified Public Accountant or intent to obtain CPA a plus Shift detailsDay shift
