Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Accountant to provide specialized analysis support across various accounting and finance functions. This role requires a proactive individual capable of enhancing business processes and ensuring accurate financial operations.
ResponsibilitiesProvide specialized or general analysis support in functions such as Inventory Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Financial Analysis.Plan, evaluate, and improve business processes to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.Ensure effective communication with internal business partners, management, and external suppliers for accurate disbursement processing.Participate in the month-end financial close process by conducting account analysis.Prepare specialized reports and analyses, and submit recommendations for improved operations.Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems.Review and analyze journal vouchers, accounting classifications, and other accounting/financial statements, records, and reports.Prepare analysis of accounts and month-end reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in General Ledger, Reconciliation, and Journal Entry.2-4 years of related work experience (4-6 years preferred).Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.Experience in General Accounting.Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate in a team environment.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Work Environment
This role is set in a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are paramount. The accountant will utilize technologies such as Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, to fulfill their responsibilities.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
