The Senior Accountant will play a vital role in managing various financial processes. This includes overseeing accounts payable, maintaining fixed asset records, administering the corporate purchasing card program, and preparing journal entries for monthly financial closures. The position also involves monitoring and reconciling general ledger accounts, assisting with audits, conducting job cost analysis, and supporting standard costing activities for purchased parts.
Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable processes.Maintain and track fixed assets.Administer the corporate purchasing card program.Prepare and post journal entries to facilitate monthly financial close.Monitor and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.Assist with internal and external audits.Conduct job cost analysis.Support standard costing activities for purchased parts.Qualifications:5+ years of Accounting experience.Proficiency in full cycle accounts payable processes.Experience in managing fixed assets.Experience with sales and use tax is a plus.Work Environment:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
