(100% REMOTE) Interim Sr. Accountant
Job Description
This person will be managing financials for the US entity. The core responsibilities include invoice processing, reconciliations, month end, payroll, and state tax filings.
Responsibilities
+ Manage financials for the US entity.
+ Process invoices accurately and timely.
+ Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
+ Handle month-end closing activities.
+ Process payroll for the organization.
+ Prepare and file state tax returns.
Essential Skills
+ 5 to 8 years of GL accounting experience.
+ Proficiency in invoice processing, reconciliations, month end, payroll, and state tax filing.
+ Experience using Excel for Vlookups and pivot tables.
+ Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
+ Experience with Netsuite or Oracle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred but not required).
+ Experience in payroll processing.
Work Environment
Fully remote position. The candidate must be located in EST or CST time zones. Equipment will be provided and mailed to the candidate.
