We are in need of a Construction Accountant to lead financial administration and fiscal management aspects of an upcoming project, ensuring that all team members (including Project Manager, Superintendent, and Engineer) are following Gilbane financial policies and procedures, and communicating any potential profitability or risk to management. This role will have a regular presence on-site and in the office meeting with the project teams and subcontractors.
The Construction Accountant is a mid-level professional capable of fulfilling project accounting and project forecasting requirements, including day-to-day interface with project management, client and contractor personnel.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field6-10 years with CM or General Contractor organization working on $25M or larger construction projectsOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
