Summary: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities: * Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS * Manage month-end and year-end closing processes * Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making * Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions * Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements * Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures * Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes * Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff * Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities * Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
