Description We are in search of an Senior Accountant for a manufacturing client situated in Scotts Valley, California. As a Senior Accountant, you will be tasked with managing vendor relations, reconciling balance sheets with a focus on cash, and utilizing various software including NetSuite and Bill.com. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Overseeing all aspects related with Accounts Payable functions • Ensuring accurate Purchase Order matching • Preparing balancing sheet reconciliations and focusing on the cash reconciliation • Managing and maintaining vendor relationships • Utilizing NetSuite software for various accounting tasks • Preparing 1099 as per requirement • Leveraging Bill.com software for efficient operations • Ensuring accurate general ledger entries • Conducting month-end close procedures efficiently • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks Requirements • Solid experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Proven track record of conducting Bank Reconciliations • Ability to accurately prepare and maintain Journal Entries • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Familiarity with NetSuite software • Knowledge of bill.com platform usage • Hands-on experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
