Key Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee month-end and year-end close processes. · Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP. · Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives. · Reconcile complex accounts, consolidate financial data, and maintain the general ledger. · Assist with audits, process improvements, and special financial projects. · Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff as needed. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor of Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus). · 5+ years of progressive hands-on accounting experience, including senior-level responsibilities. · Expert knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite). · Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). · Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
