Job DescriptionInvolve in VAS reporting. US GAAP - VAS reconciliationManaging for monthly/ quarterly/ annual VAT. CIT. FCT Reports (declarations and/ or finalization) and their reconciliation with company's accounting system ensuring compliance with local Laws/ legislations as well as company's policies/ proceduresAssisting in all tax related issues including Tax Reconciliation/Audit/ Inspection. if any internally and externally.Managing all tax refundsManaging the monthly tax journal entry closing and other general ledger accounts when needed.Ensure all changing/ new tax regulations and updates are well informed to the management and relevant departments and applied accordinglyEnsure good practices & controls are recommended and implemented to minimize tax risk exposures for the Company. to ensure robust tax position in accordance with tax law changes as wet as business growth.Provide tax guidance to related departments to ensure company's business practices stay compliant with local applicable regulatory requirementsInvolving in quarterly tax schedulesFulfill other tasks as assigned
 

QualificationsBachelor of Finance & AccountingAt least 05 years of experience in tax field, understand very well Vietnam tax regulations and Vietnamese Accounting StandardsGood communication and presentation skills, relationship buildingRave scientifically and effectively both independence or team-workingAbility to identify, analyze and assess risksAptitude for numbers and quantitative skillsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsProactive and enthusiasticAbility to work under pressureAdvanced MS Excel, PowerPort and WordFluent in English and VietnameseAble to traveling frequently
