Key member of the accounting team responsible for executing the close process, including ownership of specific balance sheet accounts, preparation of journal entries, completion of account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
Review general ledger coding to ensure expenses are accurately recorded by account and department in the correct accounting period
Responsible for reviewing financial statements and performing fluctuation analyses of the balance sheet and P&L
Assist with technical accounting research and memos
Assist with internal controls, policies, procedures, and scalability improvements including documentation of the control environment
Support the annual audit, including preparation of audit schedules and financial statements
Partner closely with FP&A and various cross-functional teams
Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as the business expands
Ad hoc projects as required or as business scales
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience at a public firm
Attention to detail and strong communication, time management and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc)
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
Experience with Blackline or similar software
Preferred Requirements:
Accounting experience in a high-growth environment and/or Big 4
Active CPA license

The expected salary range for this role is $97,920.00-$110,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
