The **Senior Accountant** will work closely with the Finance Manager, financial analysts, accounting staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful financial management of ICL – CAF Fresno and ICL - CAF Adel plants in Fresno, CA and Adel, GA. **I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position?** + Provide financial support for CAF Fresno and CAF Adel plants, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. + Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including monitoring expenses, revenues, and capital expenditures. + Prepare and analyze project financial reports, including cash flow projections and variance analysis. + Prepare month CAPEX tracking/reporting working with key stakeholders on projects. + Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with ICL’s accounting policies and procedures and relevant accounting standards. + Work collaboratively with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, accounting reconciliations, and accruals. + Support in-depth financial analysis and modeling, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. + Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. + Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned. **What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. + Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, to include presentation skills. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably QuickBooks and SAP. + Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. **Compensation at ICL:** If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
