Kforce' s client, a high growth Medical Device Manufacturer in Billerica, Massachusetts (MA) is currently seeking a Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high growth global company as it prepares for IPO readiness (and have the ability to make business impact). The Senior Accountant reports to the Controller and will have a nice mix of operational + technical accounting and analysis. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on-site 3 days/week. Main Duties: * In this role, the Senior Accountant will assist with month-end and year-end financial statements, in accordance with GAAP * Perform month-end GL close * The Senior Accountant will prepare financial statements and be involved with analysis and reporting * Identify and implement process improvements * Assist with balance sheet reconciliations * Perform detailed GL analysis * Manage fixed assets and prepaids
