Job Title: Senior Accountant Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a direct hire position with a preferred pay range of $90-$95k. The role is based on-site in Portland, OR with flexible hours. We Would Love to Hear From Those With: + 2-5 years of corporate operational accounting experience. + Experience with Journal Entries, Reconciliations, and General Ledger processes. + Experience owning the Month-end close process. + CPA Certification or pursuing CPA + Previous real estate experience in low-income residential housing (Low-Income Tax Credits) and/or Commercial Real Estate + Experience working with multiple entities + Prior experience in public accounting.- Assurance or Audit experience required. + Proficiency with accounting ERP systems. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUP). + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Work Environment: + This role is based on-site with a family feel environment. + The accounting team consists of 9 members, with a total of 260 employees spread across different sites.
