Our client, a full-service accredited medical education company focuses on developing and implementing continuing medical education (\u201cCME\u201d) programs for doctors, nurses and pharmacists (\u201cHealthcare Practitioners\u201d) that improves their ability to provide optimal care to their patients. Healthcare Practitioners are required to earn CME credits each year to maintain their license and our client\u2019s programs allow them to satisfy these requirements.\r\n

 Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant is as follows but not limited to:\r\nResponsible for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and maintaining all supporting schedules\r\nWork with the Controller to record all accounts payable, revenue, and payroll transactions accurately\r\nSupport onboarding and offboarding of company staff by updating payroll records as needed\r\nEnsure project accounting records are accurate and up-to-date at the end of every month\r\nAssist with P&L variance analysis and project reporting on a monthly basis\r\nSupport yearly budgeting, quarterly reforecasting as well as ongoing cash flow reporting\r\nAssist with the monitoring of key business performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis\r\nAssist with preparing documentation for external auditors\r\nRespond to inquiries from members of the senior management team and other internal and external stakeholders as needed\r\nPrepare other ad hoc analysis and reports as required from time to time\r\n\r\n
