A specialty manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their corporate accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient accounting practices.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:
