Drive Client Success
+ Manage a portfolio of 40-50 clients as their trusted accountant
+ Oversee financial operations, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
+ Take the lead on projects beyond traditional bookkeeping
+ Implement technology solutions and system integrations
+ Provide strategic financial guidance and long-term planning
+ Ensure exceptional service delivery from your team
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver Technical Excellence
+ Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy
+ Drive process improvements and efficiency
+ Maintain highest standards of accuracy and compliance
+ Implement internal controls and security measures
+ Lead system integrations and software implementations
+ Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
+ Handle complex payroll processing and IRS requirements
Required Skills & Experience
+ 5+ years of accounting experience with leadership track record
+ Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop
+ Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
+ Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance
+ Experience managing and developing staff
+ Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
+ Proven client relationship management skills
+ Track record of process improvement success

This is a hybrid position based in Kalispell, MT, and only candidates within a reasonable commuting distance will be considered. Training will take place fully in-office, and ongoing, the role requires working in-office approximately 50% of the time.
