Job Description
Facilitate month end closing process on accurate and timely manner
Perform comprehensive accounting activities to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain fixed assets (include coordinate tagging, reconciling items and oversee disposal process)
Facilitate annual financial statement audit and provide accounting support to external auditors and tax personnel
Produce ad hoc reporting as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience in a general ledger accounting role required, public accounting firm background is a plus point
Experience working within a general ledger system; Oracle EBS is a plus point
Understanding of inter-company and foreign currency translations
Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others
Demonstrate ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely
Proficient use of MS Office programs including MS Word and advanced in MS Excel
Versatile, dependable, flexible team player
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects
