Process and review the foreign and local invoices for accuracy and completeness for booking and depreciation of advance payments.Process and check all supplementary payments and costs for imported and exported goods.Check and run the advance payment to the suppliers aligned with the policies.Track the open advance payments.Verify and reconcile discrepancies in supplier's accounts and internal companies.Participate in closing accounts by booking and providing the ERD (Exchange rate difference), GIT (Goods in transit), and other reports.Lead a team by providing training and guidance to improve their skills and performance.Track the open POs (Purchase order), and GRs (Goods received).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other related fields.At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable (PTP).Proficiency in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Good interpersonal skills, both within the function and with other members.
