Senior Accountant Consultant
About This Role As a Senior Accountant Consultant, you will partner with our clients by supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit compliance. In this role, you may have the opportunity to lead and/or support a team of individuals to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. What You Will Work On Support month-end close process, including maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers, review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as, analyze account variancesCommunicate and follow up with business partners to ensure that open/outstanding issues are resolved in a timely mannerEnsure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with US GAAPPrepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, review policies and procedures to ensure SOX complianceIdentify possible process improvements and/or system enhancements What You Will Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field requiredCPA certification is preferred3 – 7 years of related experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAPExperience with large ERP systems and strong MS Office technical skills, specifically with MS ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, with a strong orientation to client service, time management, and project delivery What You Can Expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.Pay Range: $45-60/hr.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required)An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.
