The Senior Accountant (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the Accounting & Compliance of an important European country.
The position is part of the Finance & Accounting department located in Nyon (Switzerland), Krefeld or Munich (Germany) and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Perform various general accounting processes and handle activities surrounding the monthly closing
• Reconcile asset and liability accounts and follow-up on intercompany accounts
• Calculate pre-paid expenses and accruals
• Prepare various reports and financial statements for our U.S. headquarters in California
• Maintain the database for the fixed asset system
• Overall audits support, including Quality, Sox, operational, financial
• Work on any specific project related to Accounting / Compliance and Related Tax aspects
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Commercial background studies in Accounting
• 3-5 years of professional relevant experience
• Fluent in German and English.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and basic understanding of SOX
It would be a plus if you also possess knowledge in:
• VAT returns, Oracle GL
