As our Senior Accountant you will report to the Accounting Supervisor and be part of the Corporate Controllership team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. On a given day, you may work on: Close Effectiveness & Process Improvement & Special Projects: Support month, quarter, and year end reporting activities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Participate in monthly balance sheet reviews working with the business and SSC Support internal and external audit requests Document standard operating procedures and instructions surrounding accounting procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the team in implementing best practices Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 3 years of progressive accounting experience. Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, accounting software and ERP systems Experience ensuring SOX compliance required. Travel & Location You will be under a remote schedule and we may ask that you travel 10-15% of the time. COMPENSATION RANGE: $80,000-$85,000 Compensation is determined on experience and skill.
