Our client, a leading service provider, is seeking Senior Level Accounting Support to join their team. As Senior Accounting Support, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Accountant Support
**Location: Appleton, Wisconsin**
**Pay Range: $45-$55 per hour DOE**
**What's the Job?**
Our client is seeking a senior accountant to assist with balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions. Many balance sheet accounts lack reconciliations, and several existing ones are outdated due to departmental workload issues. These reconciliations are currently performed in Excel.
Additionally, we need someone to help develop improved procedures for intercompany invoicing and reporting. The new process should be easy to track, train, and implement on a monthly basis. Reporting is conducted using Foundation software, while intercompany invoicing is managed in QuickBooks.
The work is set to begin immediately. This individual will collaborate with the VP of Finance onsite in Appleton daily, with pay rates ranging from $45 to $55 per hour depending on experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
+ Senior Level Accounting Support Experience Required
+ Strong Proficiency in Excel Required
+ Intercompany Reconciliation Experience Required
+ Exceptional Ability in Developing and Implementing
+ Process/Procedure Improvements in Reporting and Invoicing
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
+ Ability to work collaboratively with finance leadership.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
