ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering insights that drive decision-making and financial performance.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders, including the Corporate Group and the Foundation, to produce management accounts and financial reports. You will collaborate closely with business unit Finance Partners, analyzing monthly results to provide actionable insights as well as analysing wages to ensure they are accurately captured in the results. Additionally, you will develop ad-hoc reports to enhance business visibility and performance, and work with internal and external stakeholders to support audits.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•    Demonstrated experience in a Senior Management Accountant role in a global business
•    Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance
•    Completed or working towards CPA & CA qualifications
•    Competent in Microsoft Office products
•    Prior experience in a team leader role is highly advantageous
•    Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
