A about the team
This is a contract role for a Senior Accountant & System Lead role on the Inventory Accounting team in Vancouver, BC. The location of this role is at the SSC in Vancouver.’
A day in the life
Collaborates with DC partners to ensure correct reason codes are used for adjustments.Prepare sales return provision, freight accrual and duty accrualLeads work over RMS CR’s, incidents, queries, and other reportingCoaches team members on excel-based workWorks cross-functionally on project including discovery, requirements, design, and testing. Identifies core inventory system enhancements and driving efficiency to support the businessGuides and directs team members on RMS and excel-related issues
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experienceExperience working for or with multi-jurisdictional companiesAdvanced Excel skills, including power queryStrong knowledge of accounting principles, concepts and professional judgment, with extensive knowledge of US GAAP and specifically ASC 330Expertise with Oracle EBS/RMS and Spreadsheet ServerExcellent teamwork & interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities to motivate, coach and mentor a team.Excellent written & verbal communication skillsPassion for continuous improvementAbility to work under pressure and manage changing prioritiesMust haves

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
