And all of this, while benefiting from a teleworking formula adapted to each employee. Join our team, where our Great Place to Work® certification represents our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive culture for every member of our organization. A look at your benefitsYou have flexible hours because we recognize the need to balance work with life.You get 3 weeks of vacation, 4 sick days for unforeseen events, 3 additional days during the Holiday season and every Friday afternoon off paid in July and August.You benefit from comprehensive group insurance, including telemedicine and an employee assistance program.You have a group RRSP with an employer contribution as well as a short-term incentive plan.You can benefit from a free LASIK surgery.You can count yourself as a team member of one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. Your tasks at a glanceYou lead the month-end closing process and are the main point of contact for the Reporting team;You will work closely with other Finance teams, in particular Accounts Payable and Receivable and the Purchasing team, to ensure the accuracy of expenses on the books;You lead the improvement of various accounting processes and the implementation of new tools;You oversee and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their development;You perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making;You identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy;You act as an expert to meet the needs of internal clients, mainly the operations team;You lead the accounting integration of new entities, With the support of the Accounting Manager;You prepare various financial reports for external business partners, customers and/or suppliers;You take ownership of specific accounting areas or processesYou contribute to the accounting team's various ad hoc projects and analyses; A clear view of your assetsYou have at least 5 years of experience;You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline;You have a CPA designation;You demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentorship;You have a strong knowledge of accounting standards;You have Advanced Excel and/or Financial modeling skills;You have excellent communication skills in English et vous parlez également français;You have experience working in a multi-company environment, an asset;Your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Solver BI360 is an asset. From our point of viewIf you think you are the right candidate for this position and are ready to join a passionate and dedicated team, apply now.
