Our team plays a critical role in maintaining financial transparency and health, culminating in regular review meetings with leadership to uphold our commitment to excellence in financial reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal and external teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Partnership Tax, Partner Affairs, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Consolidated Close, and Payroll, to drive process enhancements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Data Analysis: Utilize advanced technologies such as Power BI, Enterprise Controls, and Power Automate to efficiently perform procedures and analyses on balance sheet financial data.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to streamline financial accuracy and transparency.
Monthly Monitoring: Participate in monthly meetings with leadership to report on reconciliation progress and address any discrepancies or issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with various teams to gain a strong understanding of balance sheet accounts and enhance overall financial processes.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong Excel skills.
Proficiency in using data analysis and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) it's a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team to drive process improvements.
3 years experience in accounting or finance, particularly in balance sheet reconciliation, is preferred.
Advanced English.
