Reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in the US, you will oversee the finance and accounting operations and liaise with different finance stakeholders within the Asia Pacific region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee day to day financial operations, including approval of purchase requisition, payments & CAPEX projectsSupervise month-end closing and compile financial and management reports to Corporate to ensure it is complied with Group’s policies and guidancePartner with all levels of the business to deliver financial analysis and support to assist in strategic decision-makingResponsible for the group cost accounting & inventory managementLiaise with internal and external auditors and tax advisorsSupport Treasury team on cash flow management and FOREX hedgeResponsible for managing other managers of staffPerform day to day functional responsibility and/or conduct financial analysis to identify and evaluate risk and exposure; recommend appropriate actionSet and communicate direction for team to deliver results in line with strategic goalsGuide other managers to achieve optimal team performance and have input/final review on the performance evaluations completed by lower-level managersResearch complex GAAP issues escalated from staff, provide direction on technical accounting mattersLead and coordinate multi-functional and cross regions ad hoc projectsWhat We Are Looking For
Qualified CPA & degree holder with a minimum of 12 years of related experienceMultinational exposure with business acumen in working with senior managementAt least 5 years financial operation experience, preferably with costing backgroundExperience in project management & system enhancementExperience in Oracle is an advantageBig 4 audit experience is an advantageHands on and collaborative leadership mindsetImmediately available is an advantageWhat’s In It For You
