Senior Accounting Manager

In this role, your essential functions will be to:

Lead a team responsible for SEC and internal financial reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q documentsOversee the decision-making and conclusions related to technical accounting and disclosure requirementsEncourage and foster professional development and growth opportunities for team membersBe a key leader for the accounting department, including setting the culture and direction of the department, evaluating progress towards strategic priorities, and participating in all aspects of people decisions (hiring, promotions, development, compensation, etc.) Engage and inspire the team to collaborate, innovate, experiment, and ultimately identify and implement improvements to achieve operational excellenceSupport audit requirements for internal, external and compliance audits, including ensuring we maintain an appropriate control environment

Your qualifications – You are a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. You have a minimum of seven years of accounting experience (preferably a mix of public and private), including leadership experience working in a management capacity. Previous experience with large SEC filers is a plus.

Compensation:This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $129,100-$193,900 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement:Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
