Responsibilities:
Be the pivot point between APAC Controllership to Local Business Operation on controllership matters.
Manage day to day accounting activities.
Undertake Business Units (BU) Balance Sheet reconciliation ownership, provide trial balance and flux analysis.
Work closely with COE Revenue Recognition team and provide support and review documentation of deals for revenue recognition.
Work closely with COE Statutory Audit team and be the BU PIC on statutory audit matters.

Mange all local tax matter and tax audits.
Support locally driven treasury activities that relates to BU operations.

Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Competences:
Strong hands-on knowledge in operational process from the perspective of Accounting and Tax.
Good knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Local Tax.
Good concept of Internal Controls.
Meticulous with eye for details.

Accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
Team player and good experience in team management.
Hands-on working attitude with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work within multiple deadlines.
Self-driven and results orientated
Competent in MS Excel
Preferably with good understanding of ERP Systems and some knowledge in PeopleSoft System.

Qualifications:
Generally recognized Degree or professional degree that qualifies as local professional bodies (such as Philippine Institute of Certified Accountants).
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience (preferably on complex accounting and tax).
Good communication skills.
Team player, Good Analytical, Good work ethics
Ability to work in heavily matrix and cross functional teams.
Mature with good interpersonal skills.
