Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare accounting journal entries for monthly close transactional activities, including but not limited to: inventory, accruals & payrollManage construction in progress, in partnership with business contactsPerform balance sheet account reconciliations for high risk general ledger accountsProvide general ledger coding to colleagues in PtP and IntercompanyAnnual supplemental reporting to Corporate through HyperionSupport requests from external and internal auditors as well as various groups company-wideAssist in maintenance of documentation of policies, procedures and controls. Ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting policies, procedures and controls (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)Preparation and submission of government and other agency returns, including but not limited to government statistics returnsDrive and participate in process improvement initiativesComplete ad-hoc projects as requested

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in RtR Operational Accounting Analyst role, or equivalentAccuracy is required in performing all aspects of the rolePrevious experience in a large scale organisation would be beneficialAbility to work well under time constraintsComputer literacy, incl. MS ExcelFluent in English
