About the Role
Reporting to Manager, Finance, this is a newly created position to perform daily cheque registration, premium settlement and refund.Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily cheque registration, premium settlement and refund;Process policy related disbursement and payment vouchersPerform premium collection and prepare credit control reportsPrepare month end closing vouchers;Prepare accounts reconciliations and follow up outstanding items;Maintain adequate filing system and perform assigned clerical functions.Job Requirements:
HKCEE/HKDSE or above;LCCI Third Level or higher professional accounting qualification;Minimum 1 year’s working experience in accounting;Good interpersonal and communication skills;Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;Knowledge in using AS400 and SunAccount is an advantage.Candidates with less experience would be considered as Accounts Assistant.Fresh graudates are also welcomedBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
