The role you’ll contribute:
The Senior Accounts Payable Representative reviews various accounts payable processes and procedures
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Reviews and authorizes payment of purchase invoices, patient/insurance refunds, employee reimbursements and other payment requests
· Manages vendor invoices for necessary information and authorization
· Responds to internal and external payment status inquiries and complaints
· Reviews routine and requested accounts payable checks and reports for accuracy. Documents processes and procedures as required to support WFD Non-Acute, Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions within the system
· Performs other duties as assigned
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
High School Grad or Equivalent
2 related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to work independently as well as in a team environment
May require ability and willingness to work a flexible work week to include evenings
Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications :
Associate degree or Technical degree in a related field or combination of High School degree and related experience
