Senior Accounts Receivable Representative

We are looking for a detailed-oriented with strong in teamwork & collaboration Accounts Receivable Representative to join our big family. The position required with high adaptability in business environment, decent problem-solving skill, good in time management and patience to his/her daily assigned tasks. He/She will be responsible for the account receivable related tasks in supporting the countries across Southeast Asia. This role will be based in Malaysia while working closely with the Countries’ Finance and other Stakeholders

Responsibilities:Main Responsibilities
-Accurate and timely application of cash receipts from customers in system
-Resolve any AR related discrepancies, including dealing with Customer, Operation, Commercial, Finance and Banker
-Perform weekly bank reconciliation on cash receipts
-Follow up on overdue invoices with customer
-Sending statement of account to customer by monthly basis
-Issue tax invoice and tax receipts
-Adhere to designated SOP, internal policy and as well as local compliance requirement
-Cross-functional collaboration
-Attend to any ad-hoc assignment or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications:Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
-Diploma holder with related working experiences is encouraged to apply
-Fresh graduate with highly energetic, enthusiastic and motivated is encouraged to apply
-Min 2 years’ related working experience is required for Senior Position
