Senior ACH Returns Manager (Hybrid) **The ACH Operations team in Enterprise Payments is seeking an experienced, highly motivated process and people manager with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ACH as well as people management, with experience leading multiple teams across different geographical sites.** **This individual needs to enjoy problem solving, collaborating, and cultivating high performing teams. This role will manage teams within ACH Operations handling very distinct functions within the ACH workflow. The individual will work closely with other ACH Operations people managers as well as with partners and stakeholders throughout the organization. Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Ops Associate - WFH Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
