As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of actuarial services, mentor junior colleagues, and support key projects in the Western Europe/Germany or UK pensions market.

What You’ll Do

Technical Expertise: Serve as an expert on pensions, particularly within Western Europe/Germany/UK, addressing complex actuarial issues. Data Analysis: Produce and analyze data reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables. Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and deliver assigned project activities, keeping track of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Team Collaboration: Work with consulting office teams, provide support to senior colleagues, and mentor junior analysts. Risk Management: Identify and address risks or errors early, following company procedures. Compliance: Stay up to date on regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance in all work. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering technical insights and solutions.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a solid actuarial background and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

FIA qualification or good progress towards it.Experience in actuarial valuations or consultancy, particularly in the pensions sector.In-depth knowledge of Western Europe/UK DB Pensions, including familiarity with legislative requirements such as GMP.Strong Excel skills for high-level data analysis and reconciliation.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.A proven ability to work collaboratively, support team members, and foster a culture of teamwork.Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
