+ In house ADAS feature & software development for program launch. + ADAS Data Analytics Platform software development for strategic decision making & quality and user experience improvement. + ADAS local solution bring-up software development & integration. + Lead in vehicle ADAS feature(function) & software deliverables development and release including requirements analysis, system design, software development, feature dynamic test development and validation, signoff etc.. + Iteratively develop and refine ADAS feature attributes / performance based on deep diving feature requirements for production. + Co-develop ADAS embedded feature software, join in data analytics etc. software development for feature usage analysis / performance and quality improvement. + Pre-analyze / assign issues, track issue fixing / software and design iteration / regression validation. + Lead / coordinate ADAS feature & software co-development with cross teams (ADAS internal, IVI, Cluster, ECG, Netcom, program etc.). + Ensure development and delivery on time with quality via efficient development process control and risk management. **Education Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, Automation, software, Aerospace, Controls Engineering, Computer Science or related field. **No. of Years of Experience:** 5+ years related development experience. **Professional Exposure (Technical Skills):** + Solid experience in embedded feature & software development. + Lead at least one ADAS / IVI or similar core feature / software development for production. + Good software or algorithm development experience in at least one languages of C/C++, Simulink; OS: Linux, QNX, Android native, AUTOSAR etc.. + Solid experience in reviewing, categorizing, and analyzing field data to determine error states/failure modes, and issue fixing. **Preferred previous experiences (Nice To Have):** + Experience in ADAS feature / software development. + Experience in Simulink modeling development. + Be familiar with functional safety / ISO26262. + Be familiar with ASPICE Level 2 or 3 + Python software development experience. **Functional Skills:** + Good sense of ownership, quality, delivery on time. + Good English communication skills. **Behavioral Skills:** + Strong logical thinking, good teamwork. + Excellent can-do attitude and executive ability. **Requisition ID** : 32081
