This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and track key leadership activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. **What You'll Do:** Calendar Management: + Lead complex and frequently changing calendars for two or more senior executives. + Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment with priorities and availability. + Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them. Meeting Coordination: + Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions. + Track and coordinate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, deadlines, and deliverables. + Ensure timely communication and reminders ahead of meetings and commitments. Communication & Correspondence: + Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners. + Draft, proofread, and lead correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. PTO & Deadline Tracking: + Maintain accurate records of executive PTO schedules and ensure appropriate coverage. + Supervise and track key deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and results. Administrative Support: + Handle classified information with discretion and integrity. + Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and ad hoc administrative tasks as the need arises. + Support projects and initiatives as assigned. **What You'll Need:** + 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools. + Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and balance impeding priorities with minimal direction.
