Senior Administrative Assistant
Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Edmonton based company to hire a Senior Administrative Assistant for a 1 month contract with the potential of extension! 

Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.Serve as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational files and records.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and material preparation.Monitor and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.Support the preparation of budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing or financial reporting tasks.Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and handling phone and email communications.Qualifications:Extensive experience in administrative roles, particularly supporting senior executives or management teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and events, with an understanding of budgeting and expense tracking.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications being an asset.
