As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure our guests have the Experience of a Lifetime.

**** **Job Summary:**
Senior Admin Assistant: Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies challenges and relevant issues in a straightforward manner, making sound decisions using standard procedures.
**What you’ll be doing:**
+ Payroll Administration
+ Manage the administration of Lift Maint/Start-up Logs
+ Work Order data entry into SAP
+ Provide administrative support for: Director of Maintenance; Sr. Lift and Electrical Maint Mgrs; Lift Maintenance Planner; Lift and Electrical Supervisors and Team Leads
+ Work with Maintenance Planner and Supervisors to assist in the successful administration of maintenance work orders
+ Assist Maintenance Training Specialist with the development of a learning passport and Safety Training Tracker
+ Support Supervisors and Team Leads with daily Job Hazard Analysis
+ Maintain and update maintenance SOPs
+ Actively participate in day to day maintenance office duties. Including the administration of staff scheduling, gear and uniform distribution, recognition, meeting minutes and crew communication.

+ **Job Qualifications:**
+ Maintenance program experience is an asset.
+ PC computer skills including working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
+ Knowledge assets: Coupa, PeopleSoft, Onbase, Enablon, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Legion: My Schedule
+ Very well organized.
+ Team player
+ Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
+ An innovative thinker with a creative flare.
