WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be supporting and reporting directly to three Senior Directors part of the Nike Direct Retail team. These Senior Directors oversee the EMEA Flag Ship Program, Store Development in EMEA, and Nike Retail Ops and Service teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an outgoing, pro-active, and very detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Directors part of the Nike Direct Retail team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless & thoughtful scheduling, amongst many other responsibilities that ensure the right ongoing support for senior leadership in the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and embraces a mindset of always making things better. They come with a solutions-oriented attitude, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, and always look for ways to make things smooth and efficient for their managers. The ideal candidate is also curious, creative, and passionate about the Nike Direct Retail side of the business.

+ Familiarity and experience with Nike retail is a bonus

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent MS Office skills
+ Ability to balance and prioritize competing priorities and needs across multiple teams and stakeholders
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
+ Fluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch is an advantage
+ Fulltime- 40 hours
+ Someone who will embody NIKE’s maxims, always maintaining high ethical standards and leading by example
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As an Assistant, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
+ Complex calendar and expense management
+ Establish and maintain a pro-active and ongoing communication flow between the Team Lead and the Leadership Teams in both EMEA and Global
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information
+ Be visible on the floor as main contact person for your manager, your team and others
+ Build and maintain a strong and collaborative network amongst your team, colleagues and counterparts
+ Provide support for meetings and travel for the Team Lead
+ Purchase Order management
+ Control/track travel, org charts and FTO
+ Coordinate and supervise high level Space Planning/moves for department
+ Provide back-up support, including substituting for other Assistants and functional Assistants
+ Responsible for information flow/sharing on all topics (app’s, training, etc.)
Relocation is not available for this position
