Senior Administrative Coordinator

The Specialist advises on the development and maintenance of all policies, procedures and job aids. Provides training and advises leaders on the process, facilitates completion and approval of documents and assures that documents are stored and available. Collaborates with other policy and procedure owners to eliminate duplication or gaps and to manage overlap. Functions as an expert in patient safety, especially as related to incorporating safety behaviors for error prevention into guidance documents.

Required Qualifications: 

California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire 3 years Healthcare experience in healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or Higher education credits 2 years experience in a clinical role in an acute care setting
