Job Title Senior Administrative Coordinator I Agency Texas A&M University Department College of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts Proposed Minimum Salary Commensurate Job Location , Job Type Staff Job Description Glimpse of the job We’re seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive, high level administrative support, acting as a liaison to the section leaders, faculty and the Office of Faculty Affairs for the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts (PVFA). Those with great verbal & written communication skills will thrive in this role working with stake holders and acting as the liaison, making recommendations for process improvements, administrative changes and/or new initiatives, your gift for conveying information accurately and succinctly are imperative. Your drive as a Self-Starter coupled with talent at prioritizing multiple assignments may be received with great appreciation as you coordinate meetings, faculty travel/itineraries, and faculty recruiting visits. And your skills of organization and attention to detail will enable your success as your focus on system records management coordinating office records retention and maintaining & organizing office references and resource materials while maintaining retention of faculty search materials. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with TAMU policies and procedures as they pertain to faculty matters + Use of Interfolio (Faculty Search, Faculty RPT, Faculty 180), Concur + Administrative experience working in higher education. + Task management and managing business operations experience + Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) + Eight years of administrative experience.
