About the Role:
Are you a skilled land administration professional with experience in land rights, legal documentation, and database management? This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a face-paced environment while ensuring compliance and efficiency in land transactions.
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator – Land, you’ll support the acquisition, disposition, and management of company land and land rights. You will collaborate with legal teams, municipal officials, and internal departments to navigate complex land issues, process agreements, and maintain accurate records.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Oversee and process documentation related to land acquisition, easements, leases, and encroachments. Ensure accuracy and compliance withing Land Information Systems (LIS) and other land related databases. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding land crossings, encroachments, and land use regulations. Engage with legal firms, government officials, and the public to address and resolve land related matters. Coordinate land registration, payments, and invoices related to land transactions. Perform detailed land research and support project-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Train and mentor team members on land administration and best practices.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED Post-secondary diploma or coursework in Land Administration, Office Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in land administration, utilities or a related industry Ability to interpret and utilize various legal and land documents, including those related to the Torrens System of Land Titles. Qualification as a Commissioner for Oaths preferred. Advance proficiency in Microsoft Suites and land management databases.
