In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Take responsibility for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functionsWork independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential informationManage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and recordsCompose and develop correspondence and complex reportsManage project insurance matters for both subs and HDRApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures and independently monitor for quality assuranceManage project documents and filesAnswer questions regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelinesOrganize and coordinate meetings, and develop presentationsWork with complex contracts and sub-agreementsTrack and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedulesSchedule, organize, and participate in project reviewsExhibit professionalism with clients and corporate executives Work closely with multiple executives, Project Managers, and project teamsExercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functionsCompose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondenceEnsure compliance with project contractual obligations as neededWork closely with the Project Mangers to prepare project schedules in Microsoft Projects or P6Perform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree, Bachelor's degree6-10 years of project accounting and administration experience in many of the roles described aboveProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects P6 SchedulingExperience with Oracle productsGood communication and planning skillsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 3 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $84,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
