In this role you will get to provide programmatic support and general administrative and operational support to the client assigned Department Manager. **What You Will Be Doing** + Ensure error free documentation and support the activities and the productivity of the client assigned department in an effective and efficient manner. + Strong in administration command & related tasks. + Exposure to community concept. + Exposure to collection & invoicing concept. + Relevant experience in customer management. **What Required Skills You Will Bring** + Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. + At least 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in the assigned area of specialty). + Working knowledge of city management / real estate operations. + Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft office applications suite. + Excellent time management and organization skills. + Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English. + Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy. + High communication skills in Arabic & English. **What Desired Skills You Will Bring** + Strong in administration command and related tasks.
