To plan and execute the comprehensive administration support required for the department to the required standards as per company policy, standards and procedures.
Job Outline:
- Manage legal and PCAA notices with regards to EK civil cases and customer legal filings.
- Manage the administrative task of being the middleman between HO, different appointed lawyers, Insurance team and functional heads.
- Represent Emirates in courts based in KHI and File documents in respective courts
- Coordination with lawyer for documentation, witnesses, and representatives follow-ups etc
- Coordination with HO CASA and Insurance teams and follow-ups on different matters
- Conduct all other admin task given by VPP and FAM

Degree or Honours (12 3 or equivalent) :
Experience in working with administration and Customer services department
Knowledge/skills: - Job Holder must have sound knowledge and knack in hard core administration related tasks
Good command of written and spoken English, especially in independent correspondence.
Computer literate with Microsoft Packages, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
