As a Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer, you will help the technology team drive business growth and enhance customer experience working directly with client. Expected to provide best-fit architectural solutions across entire Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including AEM, Launch, Target, CJA, Commerce and CDP. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and data science to build a state-of-the-art Digital Marketing Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing suite of products.
This position is located at the client site in Alexandria, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• In-depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from
Adobe.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AEP technologies and incorporate relevant
innovations into the architecture.
• Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that leverage AEP Customer
Journey Analytics to enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users to capture requirements
and translate them into technical solutions for implementation.
• AEP source data profiling and data discovery.
• Define the source data to target mapping and develop, maintain architectural
documentation.
• Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
• Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation
service, and data science workspace.
• Facilitate and perform QA activities on the data.
• Analyze customer data and develop automated solutions to ingestion data into AEP.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and operational stability of AEP solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate the team’s expertise in AEP.
• Champion the adoption of Adobe Solutions across organizations and impact on business.
• Conduct regular assessments of technology solutions to identify areas for improvement and
optimization.
• Provide on-going technical support to business as well as a team of Adobe Engineers,
functional SMEs, and business analysis across the organization.
• Ability to work in a hectic, fast-paced organization, and filled with high-pressure situations
daily.
• Assess functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a AEP Developer.
• Ability to work in AEP as a Cloud Service setting up environments and infrastructure.
• Adobe AEM, Target, CJA, CDP, Certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
• Possess a deep understanding of AEP Customer Journey Analytics and its applications to
enhance customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in an agile development
environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 - $185,100.
